Caitlin has had a love for animal care since she was young, owning a variety of pets and spending her time on horse farms working and riding.  Throughout her life, Caitlin has worked and volunteered in animal shelters and clinics all over Wisconsin.  After attending UW Eau Claire majoring in English, she then attended Madison Area Technical College and became a Certified Veterinary Technician.  Since then, Caitlin spent much time working in emergency veterinary centers in Milwaukee, Appleton, and Green Bay.  During these times, Caitlin was especially active in Critical Care and Ophthalmology. 

Caitlin enjoys painting, yoga, rollerblading, horseback riding, and hiking with her husband Paul.  They have several pets together:  a blind blue heeler named Danko, an Australian shepherd mix named Curly, and a very sassy umbrella cockatoo named Jaspar.
