Nikki is our new Business Development and Client Relations Manager. She joins our team with over 25 years of business management, service industry leadership, sales, customer service, and retail management. Nikki leads client relations initiatives so we can maintain and improve the quality of our services and relationships.  Nikki has been a pet lover all her life. She grew up with a house full of dogs, cats, and even a pony. What matters most to Nikki is her family, having a strong work ethic and being loyal. She knows how to have fun and bring that to work every day, including being an amazing teammate for taking over those tasks everyone loves to hate. She loves to watch her kids excel at sports, school and life and enjoys her time at their family cottage in Oconto.
