We can't wait to meet you!

Here's what to expect on your first visit

Make sure you fill out the "new client" form and send it back before your first appointment. This will make things go much smoother and faster upon your arrival.

Have all previous veterinary records emailed or faxed to us as well. Our doctors and team will review the records to ensure all previous medical history is addressed and up to date in our system.

Upon arrival expect to be greeted by smiling faces who are ready to love up on your pet.  Your pet will be weighed, either on the lobby scale or in the room.  It is helpful if you bring treats that your pet likes and they come hungry. We want every visit to be as stress and fear free as possible and treats help with that process.

A thorough history will be gathered from our nurses and discuss care plans. You will then meet with one of our amazing doctors and proceed as needed for each individual pet's needs.

Estimates can be given for all procedures.  Make sure to schedule your next appointment with us before you leave.  The lovely ladies will handle invoices and bill payment in the room if preferred or at the front desk.

If any laboratory procedures were performed, further communication will ensue when results are available, but never hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns.
